“…Frank has always done an excellent job on the repairs and service we have had him perform on our camera and film processors.”
- Norman L. F. Matal

“…Frank Jackson has been a life-saver on many occasions in the past. His diverse experience has saved us many repair costs in all of our departments. The need for a ‘factory trained’ repair usually translates into a four digit repair bill. With Graphic Equipment Technical Services around, it’s nice to know I’ll be up and running soon and with a lot less expense. When a machine is broken or needs maintenance, Frank gets the call first!”

About Graphic Equipment Technical Services

I would like to take this opportunity to personally Thank You for your past and future patronage. For over twenty years it has been a distinct pleasure servicing your equipment, solving your production problems and fulfilling your supply needs. In this day and age of increasing competition and thin margins, fast and efficient service of your equipment by experienced personnel ensures the consistent high quality output that is the key to customer satisfaction and repeat business.

It is very gratifying to note that over 85 percent of GET’s business is repeat business from valued customers such as yourself. This allows me the opportunity to offer some outstanding values on new, demonstrator, and previously owned equipment at the most competitive price possible. More importantly, I stand behind my equipment and its operation ensuring that you’ll be happy with the product long after the sale. Long-term, day-to-day satisfaction is a feature that an out-of-town sales representative just can’t offer at any price. And after all, long after the cost of a piece of equipment is forgotten, the function, usability, and operating costs remain. So, I’m always happy to consult with you about the long-term cost and value of a potential purchase, even if you’re planning a purchase from another source.

If you’re planning a purchase and you aren’t sure about installation, please let me know. I can quickly and efficiently install new equipment. When it comes to used equipment, I can manage a turnkey move from the previous owner’s facility to your shop minimizing downtime and the inevitable problems incurred with getting previously owned machinery up and making money.
Programmed maintenance of your equipment is vital to its longevity and consistent output. The maintenance program checklist applies to a film processor. However, following the completion of any programmed maintenance service, you’ll receive a complete evaluation of the overall condition of the machine as well as the condition of individual components that may need to be replaced in the near future.

-Frank Jackson
